Code of Conduct

1.No alcohol or any illegal habit forming drugs of any kind may be
brought onto, or be consumed on the premises of a client or Khutlo
Tharo.
2. No sleeping while on duty.
3. Personnel must always be punctual.
4. All legal aspects and regulations prescribed by Khutlo Tharo,
clients, DME and the Department of Labour must be adhered to at
all times.
5. That all grievance procedures are explained and adhered to.
6. No begging or asking for donations, related ventures for own
account will be preformed during working hours by personnel.
7. No intimidation, insulting, physical violence, assault, foul
language, brawls or any other illegal activities are to be allowed or
participated in / on the premises of the client or Khutlo Tharo.
8. All personnel must be properly dressed while on duty and must
portray a professional image.
9. Property / assets and equipment of either the client and Khutlo
Tharo may not be abused, misused, damaged, stolen, sold or
allowed to be handled in any such improper manner.
10. No work related matters, e.g. Salaries, tasks or problems will be
discussed with either clients or any members of the public.
11. No private activities or business related ventures for own account\
will be performed during working hours by personnel.
12. No smoking at posts / sites in the presence of clients – except in
designated areas.
13. Sound and professional human relations must always be practised
when dealing with personnel or clients.
14. Clients must always be treated with dignity and respect.
