Code of Conduct

1. No alcohol or illegal habit-forming drugs may be brought onto or consumed on the premises of KT Crane Hire or its clients.
2. No sleeping while on duty.
3. Personnel must always be punctual.
4. All legal requirements and regulations prescribed by KT Crane Hire, clients, DMRE and the Department of Labour must be adhered to at all times.
5. All grievance procedures must be understood and followed.
6. No begging, solicitation of donations or personal ventures during working hours.
7. No intimidation, insults, violence, assault, foul language, fighting or unlawful activities will be tolerated.
8. Personnel must be properly dressed and maintain a professional image at all times.
9. Client and company property, assets and equipment may not be abused, damaged, stolen, sold or misused.
10. No work-related matters such as salaries, tasks or internal problems may be discussed with clients or the public.
11. No private business activities may be conducted during working hours.
12. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
13. Professional human relations must be maintained at all times.
14. Clients must always be treated with dignity and respect.
